Superb addition to an already fine little auto pistol. Like many others had done, I had to fit the locking area of the barrel lug, so it wasn''t a matter of simply changing barrels. A little careful file work took care of the situation nicely. I would recommend this longer target barrel to anyone that has the knowledge and patience to fit this barrel themselves, or to anyone willing to have a competent gunsmith do the job for them. I would NOT recommend it to anyone not possessing the skills or the desire to have the work done. I would guess that If you purchase the target set as it comes from the factory, that the barrel has been fitted properly on that particular pistol. Obviously I purchased mine as an aftermarket add-on which is precisely what this kit is for. I was surprised by the accuracy that I obtained with this barrel. I love my Phoenix!

This product is exactly what I expected. Like others that reviewed had stated, a little work needs done prior to installation. A small grove must be cut into the barrel in order for it to seat properly. This is an easy fix and the final product is definitely a nice upgrade for this gun. The extended magazine also offers a better grip for larger hands. Decent product!
