I recent;y suffered an injury to my right shoulder that required surgery to repair. The injury caused permanent damage to my nerves and even with the surgery, my grip strength in my hand has not returned. However with this loader, I am able to load to capacity both .45 ACP and .45 GAP magazines with little difficulty. Once you figure out the timing of the motions involved and when to squeez and release, the loader works great.

Outstanding loading assistant! I wouldn''t have made it through my 1-day tactical shooting course (300 rounds fired, often in rapid fire, with swapping magazines required)without it. Seriously. Makes the job of reloading magazines quick & easy.
Don''t do like I did and miss the part in the instructions that talks about locking the loader in the closed position for smaller carry. ''Had to inquire around to get ''er open again after I''d inadvertently locked it closed while packing it away.
I won''t travel without it.

This reloader is the gretest thing since sliced bread. Easy to use. It really takes the aggravation and thumb pain out of reloading clips. You can reload a clip much faster and easier.

This was a very pleasant surprise for me. Immediately after I removed it from the package I put it work filling several magazines. I have two other loaders, and neither of them is as easy to handle, nor as fast in filling a magazine. This has zero thumb pressure, and handles even my slightly longer than spec handloads with ease.

Works well with Glock 17 10 round mags until the 10th round. Little slider that goes below the round gets in the way of having enough room to slide the last round below the mag feed lips.
Collecting dust in my gun box as I have returned to loading mags by hand (really not that tough).
Recomend it for those who don''t have strong hands or only load one less than the max your mags can hold.

I bought both the HKS Mag Loader and the Maglula UpLULA for my 9mm Glocks. I definitely prefer the Magula for speed of error free loading. The video was very helpful in teaching you how to load. After
a few minutes of fumbling around , I developed the
necessary feel and can load a 10 round magazine in about 15 seconds , balancing the unit on my knee while riding in a car.

I bought 3 of the 11 round Glock magazines for my Glock 27. I couldn't get more than 10 rounds in them! I even did a little minor surgery recommended by my local gun shop. It still wouldn't take more than 10 rounds. I busted both thumbs trying to get the 11th round in the magazine!
Then I got the UPLULA, just for the routine reloading of my Glock magazines. For that purpose, it worked great!
I then tried the UPLULA on my 11 round magazines. SUCCESS!!!!! Being able to use your whole hand to operate the UPLULA and the metal beak that it has to push the rounds down made the difference. Yes, it was a bit difficult on the first attempt; but it succeeded when other loaders failed.
Perhaps a bit pricey, but it did the job.

Holy crap this thing is awesome. Had a hard time loading the last round into my Glock G30 10rd clip, but was still way easier than using the OEM Glock mag loader. I used it to load the 5 magazines I purchased along with this unit, and was way easy to do. My hand was not numb from loading.
I know what I'm getting my dad for Christmas!

I received this item today. Oh Man, is it great. I really hated the OEM Glock mag loader, they would draw blood from my hand almost every time. This thing is sensational - very easy to use and makes quick work out of loading GLock mags.
