When SOG crafted the Trident knife, they wanted a knife to handle any cutting task. Strong stainless-steel with a partial serration was used for the SOG blade to give it durability that will last for the life of the knife. SOG customizes the Trident with a clip point blade for razor-sharp piercing. The Arc-Actuator locks the blade in place securely so any amount of pressure for cutting and release can be applied. A built in safety lock keeps the blade closed and shows red for absolute assurance. SOG features a Zytel handle that won't break or bend. SOG also placed a Groove in the handle to cut rope and line easier without deploying the blade. The pocket clip is handy for the SOG Trident to carry and not lose the knife.
