my order was processed quickly so i''m happy about that. this extended grip does help a lot in gripping my G27. the actual installment/assembly is a booger to do but the call center guy at Pearce was helpful ( be sure to read the Glock manual re- magazine cleaning for hints on assembling the extended grip ).
