Jentra Plug, model JP-2. Fits Glock models 26, 27, 28, and 33.
The Jentra Plug is designed to close the open cavity at the bottom of the grip, not allowing debris to enter and reach trigger assembly and firing pin. It also fits flush to eliminate snagging on open cavity. Used by LE & military worldwide.

Rating:  I highly recommend this component for a finished look and reduced chance of debris contamination.
The Glock 27 is so compact that the open cavity stood out negatively in my opinion.
