It allows efficient quick release of the Columbia River knife just push your thumb against the sheath to release smoothly and quietly or give a sharp pull. The Columbia River hunting knife is a lightweight, but sturdy 2.9 ounces. The black Zytel sheath included has a total of seven lanyard holes and belting slots to permit a variety of carry positions.
